Life doesn’t always make sense. Trying to meet so many expectations can be overwhelming and defeating! Stress can cause unwanted feelings of anxiety, worry, fear, and frustration. Why can’t life be more fulfilling? Why can’t it be more fun?
I help clients explore the obstacles that keep them from experiencing a full and flourishing life. I focus on successfully managing daily stress, while creating new patterns of health that result in long-lasting change. I use a combination of traditional “talk therapy” and other interventions supported by brain science research to achieve authentic healing.
From a young age, I’ve been invested in helping others — whether it was volunteering to tutor classmates or saving my allowance to donate to a charity. In my adult life, I continue to feel deep empathy for struggling individuals. I do my best work with women of all ages who are just stuck in life.
Whether it’s a new job, low self-esteem, divorce, self-harm, anxiety, or big life transitions, I help women overwhelmed and stressed-out women connect with a life they absolutely love!
